How our boxes move through the warehouse

Before an order leaves our building, it typically goes through these stages: inbound receiving and sort, item staging by category and condition, live pick or pack pull for the purchased box tier, box sealing and weight check, and shipping label print with final outbound scan.

Important notes
We do not offer walk-in retail shopping. Do not mail returns to the warehouse unless we have approved the return in writing. Mystery box contents vary from order to order, and we do not pre-approve item requests.
