Shipping Policy

BackDock ships from our U.S. warehouse at 21 Northeastern Industrial Park, Altamont, NY 12009.

Because our products are returns, overstock, and liquidation mystery boxes, each order goes through a hands-on fulfillment flow before it leaves our warehouse: receiving, sorting, pick-and-pack, box sealing, label printing, and final outbound scan.

Most paid orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. During live-drop events, holidays, high-volume launches, or inventory surges, processing may take longer. If we expect a longer delay, we will do our best to update you by email.

After your order is packed and scanned out, transit time depends on the carrier and destination. Most domestic shipments arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, but carrier delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier selected by us or shown at checkout. Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout once a shipping label is created.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery, we can reship it after the customer pays the new shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been packed and shipped.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if there is a shipping issue that may have affected the contents, email us within 48 hours of delivery at gongqiang@uplusexpress.com with your order number, photos of the outer carton, a photo of the shipping label, photos of the contents, and an unboxing video if available.

We do not guarantee a specific assortment, retail value, brand mix, or item count beyond the purchased box tier and what is clearly stated on the product page.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an inventory error, safety concern, or damage discovered before shipment, we may cancel and refund the affected order or affected portion of the order.
