Refund Policy
BackDock sells returns, overstock, and liquidation mystery boxes. Because the product is a surprise-format purchase and box contents vary by drop, all mystery box sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, preference-based complaints about brands, colors, categories, or item mix, duplicate items, packaging wear, cosmetic outer-box wear, opened or used items, or disappointment based on expected resale value or expected retail value.
If there is a real order issue, contact us at gongqiang@uplusexpress.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligible issue types may include the wrong box tier being shipped, severe transit damage, a materially incomplete shipment, or a confirmed fulfillment error.
To review a claim, we may require your order number, photos of the outside shipping carton, a clear photo of the shipping label, photos of all contents received, and an unboxing video if available.
If a claim is approved, we may choose the remedy that best fits the situation, including replacement merchandise, store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund to the original payment method.
We do not accept unauthorized returns to the warehouse. Do not send a box back unless we have confirmed return instructions in writing.
Orders may be canceled only if fulfillment has not started. Once an order has entered picking, packing, sealing, labeling, or carrier handoff, it may no longer be canceled.
If a refund is approved, it is typically issued back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
